Beyond the Jersey
Student-athlete career readiness for life after competition.
Career Craft Hub partners with university athletic departments to help student-athletes translate athletic experience into employer-ready career materials, including ATS-friendly resumes, storytelling resumes, LinkedIn positioning, cover letters, interview preparation, and online professional portfolios.
Student-athletes already have the traits employers want.
Discipline. Leadership. Resilience. Coachability. Time management. Teamwork. Competitive drive. Performance under pressure.
The challenge is that many student-athletes struggle to translate those strengths into professional language that resonates with employers, recruiters, alumni, and hiring managers.
Beyond the Jersey helps bridge that gap.
The program equips student-athletes with practical career assets they can use immediately for internships, full-time roles, graduate school opportunities, networking conversations, and career fairs.
A career launch system built specifically for student-athletes.
Beyond the Jersey is designed to supplement existing campus career resources while giving athletic departments a practical, measurable, student-athlete-specific development offering.

I graduated from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill in 2022 with an Exercise Science - Sport Administration degree. I was forced to think outside of the box to break into my career which is where I began my journey of professional development methodology. Through these methods, I landed a 6-figure paying job at Bank of America right out of college, and advanced to a Vice President at Bank of America at the age of 24. In 2024, I launched Career Craft Hub where I have helped dozens of individuals with professional development and career advancement. I am now 25 years old with an opportunity to showcase these best practices to college students and alumni who can relate to someone near their age who has had success.
